Hello,

Hopefully, we will meet soon, but before then, here is a little about me.

I am a Queenslander, I love to travel, I am very bad at keeping plants alive and I am always looking for ways to have fun. I have been a speech therapist since 2018. During this time, I have worked with children and young adults across Australia, including in therapy centres, daycares, schools, people's homes, libraries, parks and via telehealth. I now only work via telehealth in the afternoons and evenings to support you with the least additional stress possible.

I believe learning should be fun and enjoyable as possible. It is my job to make someone's speech therapy goals work around something they enjoy, not them fitting around the goal I want to achieve.

I love my job. I love seeing a child excitedly show off a new knowledge or skill. Or when someone emails me between sessions to show off a new skill achieved, or experience had because we just can't wait to share in the excitement together. I love it when a teenager brings me a cool new topic to teach me about or a great new joke.

Looking for a specific program? I am trained in the following: Picture Exchange Communication System, Key Word Sign, Cued Articulation, Sounds Write and Read3. With experience with Proloquo2go, Hanen principles, Nuffield Dyspraxia Program, Lidcombe Program and the Camperdown Program.

The results of a very fun session, for every task we did the child got to choose what I painted on my face
